Three years is a long time. It seems I can barely remember what I used this LJ account for.
Oh well.

Needless to say, I'm not going back to fix my PC at that professionals place again. I could swear there wasn't a big hole in the side of it when I brought it in!
Oh well, at least I did not lose any important information. I had so many drafts saved on the hard drive that I had no other copies for. Had they been lost, the world would not have known the joys of the voice modifying pen, the instantly inflatable football or.... Oh but I'm straying from the point.

Ai-kun is doing fine these days, as far as I'm aware. She's spending a lot more time outdoors with the kids. Which leaves me with more time to try and focus on things... Though alas, distractions are still rampant, if enjoyable.

Aah~!
It had been so long since I went on a study trip with my collegues!
So much to say, so much to say...
I might as well break in this livejournal my friend from the university convinced me to sign up to. Such a marvelous piece of technology~! Being able to keep in touch with your friends, and keep a diary of one's actions and life... Ahem. But I'm straying from the point, aren't I?

Anyways, it was a brilliant trip. We got to see each others research and study lots of interesting inventions from the past and new. It was a hoot to discuss the latest discoveries and just enjoy ourselves. The weather was brilliant as well, and it didn't hurt to visit the local baths...

Anyway, I wonder what Ai-kun's been up to while I was away... I got her something.
I'd better go see where she is.

(OOC: random post so you can leave a [screened] comment to contact me here on random topics. Also, am back from NY, Yeay!)
